COVID-19 – Zoom services & in-person services available
Difficulties in life often occur when we view things in black or white, all or nothing terms. A key component in living a purposeful, and meaningful life is finding the balance in it. Things do not always need to be viewed in black or white – the answers often lie somewhere in the middle, or the grey zone. The grey zone is where we find balance, purpose, and peace of mind.
The Grey Zone Psychology and Wellness Centre was established to offer comprehensive Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT). We are the only centre in Montreal to offer comprehensive DBT therapy. We are also the only centre in Quebec with DBT Linehan Board of Certification™ Program and Clinicians. In addition to DBT, Grey Zone therapists work in various therapeutic modalities (CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, etc.) that are evidence based, and you will be matched with the clinician best suited to your availability and your needs. Offering skills groups and individual sessions both in person and virtually, quality treatment has never been more accessible.
Our team of dedicated and skilled therapists can help you with the tools to cope with a variety of problems.
