Registered Social Worker
Nadina Ramessar is a Registered Social Worker and a member in good standing of the Ordre des Travailleurs Sociaux et des Thérapeutes Conjugaux et Familiaux du Québec since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University and brings over 15 years of professional experience in varied clinical settings, including community organizations, the non-profit sector, the public health system, and specialized mental health outpatient teams.
She supports adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, compassion and caregiver fatigue, trauma, and life transitions. She also offers perinatal coaching for parents, postnatal support, and works with couples seeking to strengthen communication and conflict resolution skills. Nadina has expertise in working with trauma-exposed professionals such as veterans, first responders, and law enforcement personnel. Her practice is inclusive and trauma-informed, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
She believes that while growth is not linear and is rarely comfortable, people have the capacity for recovery and transformation. Her approach is grounded in humanistic principles that emphasize empathy, collaboration, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. She welcomes clients into a warm, non-judgmental, and engaging space where they can feel seen, understood, and supported
