occupational therapist
Cameron Dinh is an occupational therapist and member of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ). She completed her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at McGill University and works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating mental health challenges and neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, and twice-exceptionality). She supports clients experiencing a variety of concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, OCD, emotional regulation difficulties, executive functioning challenges, chronic pain, and burnout.
Cameron has experience working in hospitals, schools, rehabilitation centres, and private practice settings. Her approach is collaborative and neuroaffirming, integrating CBT-informed strategies within an occupational therapy framework to help clients make sense of how emotional well-being, physical symptoms, sensory needs, and environmental demands interact in daily life. If routines feel harder to maintain, motivation feels low, or energy feels unpredictable, she works with clients to understand these patterns and build more sustainable ways of engaging in daily responsibilities and roles. She supports clients in developing balanced routines, improving focus and follow-through, managing energy, and strengthening coping strategies in ways that fit real life.
Drawing on her background in mindfulness and movement-based practices, Cameron also incorporates gentle nervous-system-informed strategies when helpful. Known for her warm and validating presence, Cameron creates a safe space where clients feel supported in reconnecting with what matters most to them. She offers services in English and in French.
