Erika Gentile, Ph.D.

Erika earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology from McGill University. She completed training in psychotherapy and pediatric and adult neuropsychology at several MUHC sites, including the Montreal Neurological Institute, Montreal Children’s Hospital, Montreal General Hospital, Glen Site, and Allan Memorial Hospital.

 

Erika divides her clinical work between neuropsychological assessment and intervention, and psychotherapy. She conducts evaluations in English and French for individuals across the lifespan with cognitive difficulties, including neurodevelopmental (e.g., ADHD, learning disorders) and neurocognitive (e.g., dementia) disorders. Following assessments, she offers cognitive remediation to help clients develop practical strategies to support daily functioning.

Erika also provides psychotherapy for adults with anxiety or mood disorders, with or without co-occurring medical conditions, using an integrative approach that adapts evidence-based methods to meet each individual’s needs.
