Danielle Gold is a registered Social Worker (Ordre des Travailleurs Sociaux et des Thérapeutes Conjugaux et Familiaux de Quebec), holding a BA in Human Relations from Concordia University and a Master’s in Social Work from New York University (NYU). 
 
Danielle has experience working in several clinical settings, providing support to children, teenagers, and adults. She has worked as a clinical social worker providing therapy to children and adolescents in the psychiatric unit of a hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Danielle has also worked in an outpatient community mental health clinic providing short-term counselling to adults dealing with grief, loss, and bereavement. 
 
Danielle strives to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where her clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. She utilizes a strength-based approach to allow clients to feel empowered to build on their existing capabilities, fostering resilience and self-determination and promoting positive changes in their lives. Danielle prioritizes the therapeutic alliance, believing that a strong, collaborative relationship between therapist and client is essential for effective therapy.
