REBECCA FOX, M.Sc.
COUNSELLOR
Rebecca Fox is Counsellor in the process of obtaining her Psychotherapy permit. She holds a Masters degree (MSc) in Psychology from the University of Roehampton and a BA in Psychology from Concordia University. She has had extensive post-masters training in Psychodynamic Therapy but has also been trained in Mindfulness, Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Rebecca has over five years of experience working with adolescents and adults dealing with a range of difficulties. Rebecca is continuing her training with the Argyle Institute and at Grey Zone. She is passionate about helping others and believes in having a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients.
Rebecca works with both adolescents and adults who struggle with a wide range of disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and anger problems. Rebecca’s main area of interest and expertise is helping individuals overcome their social anxiety and phobias so that they can continue to live meaningful lives with the relationships and friendships they wish to make and maintain.
Rebecca likes to collaborate with her clients, build trust, and provide a safe space for her clients to tell their stories and explore ways to overcome their difficulties together.
